ReeOrder is a Business to Business ordering platform. It's a place where suppliers can sell their products to their customers.

I started ReeOrder as a solution for retailers who have too many suppliers. As a retail owner, it is frustrating that I must log into 30 different websites to order products, and then re-log into them to find status and track orders.

In other words, I envision a single solution for all my inventory purchases.

As a supplier, this reduces cost and need to develop and maintain your own solution.

We currently support two (2) price groups. For example, you may have a price for your west coast buyers and east coast buyers.

We have 2 options. You may have ReeOrder automatically invoice your customer, or you may opt to manually invoice your customer.

Reasons to manually invoice customers may vary, but some businesses may want to see the order to ensure accuracy prior to invoicing. In this case, once the order is placed, the seller can manually invoice the buyer once changes are made.

All invoices are generated through Stripe.

Yes, ReeOrder supports pay now, net30, net45 and net60. A reminder email is sent to your customer once the invoice is due. Emails and reminders are sent from Stripe and contains payment links.

If your customer fails to pay on time, this will appear in your Orders Received screen as past due.

Yes. When customers are scrolling through your products, they will be able to see stock and a location where the stock is. This is maintained by the seller, so accuracy will depend on the supplier.

Suppliers and Distributors are one in the same as are Retailers and Buyers. These are used interchangeably.

If you a Buyer, you will have an Orders Placed dedicated screen to track orders from your suppliers.

If you are a Seller (Supplier), you will have an Orders Received screen to track orders from your customers.

Yes. In many cases, a Supplier also need to purchase from other Suppliers. In these situations, you can both sell and buy products.

You will have access to both the Orders Placed and Orders Received screens for tracking purposes.

Your customers will need to register with ReeOrder and send you a connection request through the app. Once you accept their request, they will be able to see your products one you have everything set up correctly.

Only your customers that you have accepted a connection will be able to see your products.
